Magdule Mediation, LLC was established in 2022 to provide mediation solutions to everyone, especially to those that cannot attend mediations during regular business hours.

Daniel Magdule was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Mr. Magdule came to Florida in 1999 to obtain his Bachelor's degree at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Magdule graduated with a B.A. in Legal Studies and Minor in Criminal Justice in 2003. Upon graduation Mr. Magdule continued his education and obtained a Graduate Certification in Crime Analysis and Crime Mapping from the University of Central Florida in 2005.

Shortly after graduate school, Mr. Magdule worked for a law firm in South Florida, obtaining experience with a variety of claims both from the Plaintiff side and Defense side.

After almost 2 years of working in a law firm environment, Mr. Magdule proceeded to work for an auto finance company managing their legal affairs for almost 11 years, gaining extensive experience in Creditor Rights, Collections, Contract Law, Bankruptcy, and Finance Laws.

During Mr. Magdule's tenure at the finance company, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2018. While attending law school, Mr. Magdule interned at the Alternate Dispute Resolution Clinic. This is when Mr. Magdule realized that mediation was his passion and being a neutral was his talent.
During Mr. Magdule's tenure at the finance company, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2018. While attending law school, Mr. Magdule interned at the Alternate Dispute Resolution Clinic. This is when Mr. Magdule realized that mediation was his passion and being a neutral was his talent.
Mr. Magdule has since worked at law firms handling matters related to First Party Property Insurance and Motor Vehicle claims for both Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Mr. Magdule created Magdule Mediation, LLC to help fill in the gaps in today's environment. He understands that not everyone can attend a mediation from 9-5. His goal is to help those that need after hours mediations. Mr. Magdule provides online mediations that can take place from the comfort of your home, car, office, or even while on the beach.

Mr. Magdule is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator and as such abides by the rules and ethics prescribed under the Florida Rules of Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators.
